1. What is the difference between all the different clips?
We currently offer 3 different types of clips. A french barrette, alligator clip and snap clip. A french barrette is for a girl with a lot of hair or for an older child. An alligator clip is perfect for girls with very fine hair or for the girls that don't have a lot of hair. It's also nice for the older girl who just wants to pull her bangs back. The snap clip is a 'snap' clip. It has a snap in the center and works best with newborns to babies. They can hold on just one strang of hair and are light weight. Please check out our hardware chart for clip photos.
2. How much is my shipping going to be?
Shipping with Bows for a Princess is now a flat rate $4 for first class shipping. Our priority rate is flat rate $6.25. What does that mean if your package is heavier? We cover all charges. We are thankful for our customers and want them to be able to purchase more items and not spend all their money on shipping.

3. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we do accept custom orders! Please email us with your requests and we can see what we can do for you! All custom orders are made special when ordered and can not be returned for any reason.
4. Am I able to place my order by phone?
Yes you are! We now have the ability to accept orders over the phone and charge your credit card in our virtual terminal.
5. What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and paypal! We also accept money orders, sorry no personal/business checks. We also can not ship until payment has been received! Money orders will need to arrive to us within 10 business days. If not received and no emails answered we will delete your order.
Now you can easily pay with a credit card on our website! No leaving to go to Paypal to complete your order! All is done here on our very secure site! We do not received your credit card information, that important information is only for our credit card processing companies.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, please select international shipping when checking out. 7. What is the no slip material for alligator clips?
Our no slip material is made of a soft rubbery material that we glue to the bottom of our alligator clips. It helps hold onto even the tinest amount of hair! It leaves no residue and is not sticky.
8. Are your bows mass-produced or pre-made?
Absoutely not!! All our bows are custom, made when ordered in the USA! All bows are meticoulsly hand sewn for added strength!
9. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied! If we make an error or sent a defective item, we will promptly replace as soon as we can. We do our best to accurately describe, photograph, model, and present each hair accessory style. It is our policy not to sell items that have been returned, so we cannot accept returns. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final.
For wholesale orders, please contact us via telephone/e-mail to disgust the problem because wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless error by us.
10. Do you take refunds on E-books?
There are no refunds for any e-book. Please read the item description carefully to make sure you are purchasing what you'd like. E-mail .pdf version instructions are eligible for free shipping if you enter code instructions at checkout if this is your only purchase. Mailed CD incur a shipping charge. If you would like actual hair bows added to your e-book instruction order, there will be a shipping charge.
