Halloween Fun Tutu
Halloween fun time! This fantastic tutu is made of over 100 yards of tulle attached securely to an elastic waist band! We have added tons of orange and black tulle to make this a great poofy tutu for this Halloween! Your options allow you to have the waist wrapped in satin and to add a large satin bow to the center, for this tutu the color will be black, unless another color is put in the special instructions box.
