Payment Policy
We want our customers to have an easy shopping experience at Bows for a Princess! Currently we accept all major credit cards through our secure site, paypal and money orders. We also accept payment over the phone! Just give us a call and leave a message stating you want to place a phone order and someone will get back to you within 24 hours!
*Once payment has been made, we do not cancel for any reason. Please remember this when ordering.*
Shipping Time
We are experiencing a very high volume of orders due to the holiday season. We have changed our order processing time to 10-15 business days before your items will ship! Please understand this means around 2 weeks before your order will ship. If you need a rush delivery or priority please add those to your cart. PDF instructions are sent via email within 24 hours.
For first class shipping please allow 3-7 business days for delivery depending on your location from us. We are located in South Florida.
If you need your item sooner, please choose Priority (2-3 business days) for a flat rate of $6.25.
Please email us if you need your order by a specific date -- perferably leave us a message in the memo box when checking out. This will ensure that your order request will show up on your original order. Please do not ask for 2 day processing without purchasing rush shipping and priority shipping! *RUSH ORDERS* We now require a fee of $10 per rush order, plus priority shipping. If you would like this option, please click on extras and add this to your shopping cart. Also the date on which you need the items by. Again please remember Priority shipping is around 2-3 business days, we can not make the post office move faster, trust me, we have tried! :) There are some instances when we cannot accept rush orders due to extremely high order volume, especially around the holiday season. Please check with us before you place your order to see if we can accommodate your request! All bows are packaged professionally in a well sized box and wrapped well in tissue paper to prevent damage during their trip to your home. We also place each item on a bow card or for the different holiday seasons we sometimes place your items in festive cello bags or even quality boxes! :)
Wholesale shipping time is around 3-4 weeks. Sometimes sooner, it depends on the order. Wholesale customers are more than welcome to contact us before ordering and we can see if we can get the order out sooner. Hair Bow Quality Each bow purchased at Bows for a Princess is meticulously constructed with thought and care. We treat each bow as if it were going on our own little Princess. Your bow is put through a process of being checked and re-checked for flaws.
